The Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analysis and Strategic Management (DAG) at ESIIA is a qualification registered with the RNCP at Level 6. It aims to train experts capable not only of interpreting data, but also of understanding business challenges and translating them into actionable insights for management (Strategy).

This programme is perfectly aligned with the needs of managers responsible for designing and promoting digital products, who are seeking creative, passionate, curious and motivated collaborators.

The ESIIA Bachelor’s Degree in DAG enables students to become highly operational from their very first professional experience or to continue their studies at a Bac+4/5 level. The programme includes courses, conferences, Masterclasses and Business Games delivered by professionals who are experts in their respective fields.

Students also benefit from connections with our network of high-level partner companies in order to complete their work-study placement.

Programme objectives

The Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analysis and Strategic Management (DAG) at ESIIA is a State-recognised Level 6 qualification that aims to achieve the following objectives:

  • Collect data from diverse sources (sales software, social media, sensors) and “clean” it to make it usable

  • Understand the functioning of databases (SQL) and Cloud environments

  • Use programming languages such as Python or R to identify trends and correlations

  • Create impactful and interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau or Looker

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of different departments

  • Provide analyses that enable management to decide whether to invest in a market, launch a product, or adjust pricing

  • Analyse market data to position the company against competitors and anticipate future behaviours

  • Bridge the gap between technical and business teams by explaining complex statistical concepts to non-technical managers

  • Speak the language of marketing, finance or logistics so that data analysis addresses real operational needs

Students entering the first year of the Master’s programme are required to validate all skills blocks

FURTHER STUDIES: This Bachelor’s degree is professionally oriented and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the opportunity to enrol in the first year of a Master’s degree programme.

Prerequisites

ENTRY LEVEL(S)

Baccalaureate and Bac+2

Prerequisites: The Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analysis and Strategic Management at ESIIA is open to holders of a baccalaureate qualification and, for entry into the third year, to holders of a BTS or any other Level 5 qualification.

Admission is based on the review of the application file and may include an interview.

Teaching Methods and Assessment

Assessment Methods: Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and/or oral assessments and/or research projects / Continuous assessment / Work-study and competency evaluation (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company

Admission Procedures and Deadlines

Access deadlines

  • Applications for the September 2026 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
  • Applications for the January 2027 deferred intake remain open until 18 December 2026.

Modalities

  • Access to our programmes may be initiated:
  • By the employer,
  • At the employee’s initiative, with their employer’s agreement,
  • By a student or their legal guardian
  • Work-study is available from the third year onwards

Upon completion of the application form, our institution undertakes to respond within 72 hours.

If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.

    The DAG programme of the specialisation year is organised into two (2) main blocks:

    BLOCK 2: CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

    Validation of competency blocks:

    • Block 1: Define a digital solution adapted to business needs and diverse use cases

    • Block 2: Design, configure and deploy a secure and accessible digital solution using no-code tools

    • Block 3: Manage a no-code project and ensure its sustainable adoption by stakeholders
