Programme objectives

The ESIIA Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and Management (IAM) is a State-recognised Level 7 qualification designed to achieve the following objectives:

  • Being able to analyse which processes (HR, marketing, logistics) can be optimised through AI to generate a competitive advantage
  • Assessing the profitability of an AI project in relation to its development and maintenance costs
  • Anticipating technological disruptions in order to stay ahead of the competition
  • Understanding technical jargon (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP) to challenge teams and define realistic objectives
  • Adapting project management to the specific life cycles of AI (training phase, model testing, deployment)
  • Ensuring that data used is of high quality, as “AI without good data is useless”
  • Detecting and correcting discriminatory biases in algorithms (e.g., recruitment, bank credit)
  • Considering the ecological impact (energy consumption) of large-scale AI models
  • Redefining job descriptions and anticipating upskilling needs
  • Explaining to teams how AI can become an “assistant” rather than a replacement
  • Mastering the European AI Act and GDPR to avoid regulatory sanctions
